Draft. Muralink is in beta. This text describes what we do and will be replaced by the reviewed version before we open up to more businesses.
What we keep
Two different things. First, what you tell us in the audit and your contact details, so we can talk to you. Second, if you use Muralink, your business information, which is yours, held on your behalf and kept separate from every other business.
The audit
We use what you send only to prepare your audit and contact you. If you tick the box, we look at your website and public profiles before we talk; if you don't, we don't. You can ask us to delete it whenever you want.
What we never do
- Sell or hand over your data, or your customers' data.
- Pool data from different businesses to build products from it.
- Use your business data to show ads to you or your customers.
Your rights
You can ask for an export at any time, in a format you can open, and you can ask us to delete your information. Neither needs a reason and neither costs anything.
